Yeah I write the song parodies, most of the time about maybe 2 to 5 minutes before we actually do them. 'Recognition' took a bit Longer maybe 10 minutes before filming, 'Who Loves You' was written on the morning we filmed. 'Two Nobodies 'From' New York' was written before the idea for this show was even conceived, I was going to do that for their opening, and send it to them wishing to come out here, but then it all slotted in so nicely. Hope that answers some questions. Sean

I agree that that would be the more cost efficient way of going about things. However, given the way things have worked out for over a year now, we've never walked away empty handed (until this particular day.) There's always a broker, or friend in town, or just sheer luck has gotten us into the show. Now that I've moved from Chicago to Boston, it is becoming more obvious that I need to cut down on my theater trips, and maybe save money to make a weekend out of it, or have tickets in advance.

This is the time of year where people start giving holiday gifts (theater tickets), and everyone wants to visit the city. Brokers AND box offices alike know to raise their prices, and anyone who wants to see a show assumes that's how much it costs to see something, and pays it without thinking twice. If I wait until January, that's the slowest time for Bway. Prices come WAY down.

Well, we usually plan it a few weeks ahead. I knew I wanted to lotto that day two weeks before I went. I saved some money for the rental car/lotto, and that morning we got up at 6, and started driving. Whether or not we get in, we never know. But the trip itself is planned a little while in advance. But yeah, when we lived in Chicago, your scenario is essentially how it went.
